Basic training on the process of coffee roasting for people who have no prior experience as roasters. This Online Training Course consists of dynamic and interactive training with all course attendees. The module lasts 3 hours and is led by an expert in the field.

• Brief history of roasting
• Stages of the roasting cycle, heat transfer
• Green coffee parameters that influence roasting
• Physical and chemical transformations that influence roasting.

At the end of the course, a dossier will be delivered with the syllabus explained and a diploma accrediting its completion.
