The main classroom where we carry out our practical and theory courses
In our laboratory, we analyse samples, practice roasting techniques and carry out cuppings for the courses we offer, all in an environment that rigorously complies with the standards set by the Specialty Coffee Association.
Meetings
We are located on the Baix Llobregat Campus, a territorial space of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and belonging to the Parque Mediterraneo de la Tecnología (PMT) where the fields of Telecommunications Engineering, Aeronautics, agri-food and biotechnology are studied.
