The Barista Foundation training involves a professional introduction to the world of coffee, a cross-learning journey from the bean to the cup, going through all the variables that influence this drink such as quality, space management, extraction, and service.
Our goal with this course is that you are able to identify a good product and its features and, in addition, you know the different methods of beverage preparation by performing a perfect extraction with your grinder and your espresso machine.
For the practical sessions, we have the best brands on the semi-automatic espresso machine market: La Marzocco, Iberital, Dalla Corte, Rocket and Ascaso and the grinders used are from Mazzer and Compak.
