Workshop information

Our Brew workshop is an introduction to drip extraction methods, it will involve an explanation of how each of these methods works and practicing with each of them to finally taste the final result.

For the practices we have Best Brew equipment which includes the following coffee makers: Chemex, V60, Syphon, Aeropress, French Press, Cold Brew and Clever.

Workshop content

  • Specialty coffee: quality.
  • Coffee preparation: factors affecting extraction.
  • Coffee vs water relationship.
  • Types of grinding.
  • Infusion temperature.
  • Extraction process for different methods.

For the course, a dossier with the necessary syllabus will be given to the student, and a certificate of completion will be given when it ends.
