Course information

This course on the coffee production chain is an intensive and comprehensive one-day course for people who want to learn a global vision of coffee, from the production of the bean to the preparation and service of the final drink. In this training, the student will learn that each link in the chain is of utmost importance to achieve a quality coffee and will learn the perfect interworking of all the players involved in this cycle.

In order to be able to learn to recognise and avoid problems in coffee, there will be 3 tasting sessions in the practical part of the course (green coffee defects, roasting defects, and preparation defects) where students will be able to see how coffee can lose its quality at different stages of the production chain.
