Course information

Training on quality control concepts, the plant, processing, and coffee classification. This Online Training Course consists of dynamic and interactive training with all course attendees. The module lasts 3 hours and is led by an expert in the field.

  • Botany of Green Coffee
  • Post-Harvest Processes
  • Screen-sizing, humidity, and density
  • Defect Analysis (where they come from and how they affect the cup)

At the end of the course, a dossier will be delivered with the syllabus explained and a diploma accrediting its completion.
