Course information

Professional tasting course for professionals who have taken the Sensory Intermediate course and have been certified in it. This course will consolidate all the knowledge acquired so far and prepare you for managerial positions related to coffee buying, roasting, or laboratories.

In the different stages of this training, the concept of taste and the flavour wheels of SCA and Mare Terra Coffee are explored. The ability to recognize positive and negative aromas in the cup is encouraged, and work is done following the tasting and calibration protocols within a tasting panel.
