The intermediate roasting course will provide students with a more detailed understanding of the roasting process and the different types of heat transfer during roasting. This course is for coffee professionals with previous experience in roasting and green coffee. Throughout the course, you will enhance your knowledge with the most advanced techniques to bring out the best in green coffee.
Professional Probat & Giesen brand roasters of different sizes are used.
For the course, a dossier with the necessary syllabus will be given to the student, and a certificate of completion will be given when it ends.
